Wing Jig
The old wing jig was in sad shape. After moving twice it was in need of repair. I started by making new templates for the underside of the wing.
I cut the profile with a jig saw, then sand the edge to size with permagrit blocks and sand paper
There are nine station that make up the jig. The lines running across the templates are to ensure everything is level. I made all of the pieces out of left over plywood from other projects.
Here are the templates in their approximate position on the old jig. I am still deciding where to rebuild the main structure out of wood or steel.
